He was predeceased by: his siblings, Billy Ray Best and Margaret Vickers. He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Smith (Daniel) and Tanya Mead; his granddaughter Cassidi Mead; and his brother Donald Best (Mary). He is also survived by his two daughters and a proud grandfather.
