She was predeceased by: her son Michael Randolph Nicholson; and her parents, Lawrence Brooks and Maggie Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Fred Randolph Nicholson; her children, Joseph Randolph Nicholson (Candace) and Maggie Brooke Caviness (Kyle); and her grandchildren, Jackson Nicholson, Hayden Nicholson, Isaac Caviness, Kent Caviness and Jillian Caviness. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Linda Nicholson's memory.
