She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Tanner and Mae C. Watts Tanner; and her siblings, Nina Bennett, Sonny Tanner and Harold Tanner.

She is survived by: her husband Burl Wayne Hammock; her children, Sherry Hammock Ohls, Richard Wayne Hammock (Elaine) and Josh Hammock; her brothers, John Tanner (Sharon) and Charles Tanner (Jennie); her grandchildren, Todd Hammock, Kristy Hammock Culver, Beth Hammock, Sara Motte and Cory Fields; and her sister-in-law D'Ann Tanner. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.
