He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin L. Tolbert and Ora Lee Tolbert; his siblings, William Tolbert (Billy), Wallace Banks, Janice Pharris and Jackie Brown; and his son Joey Tolbert.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Tolbert; his sons, Josh Tolbert (Kara), Jonathan Tolbert (Ashlan) and Brandon Tolbert (Karen); his grandchildren, Brooklan, Warren and Scarlett; and his siblings, Virginia Winnett, Sherry Tolbert, Jamie Tolbert, Wayne Banks, Larry Banks and Patricia White. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
