She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Joe "Travis" Jacobs; her parents, Freeman Eugene and Norma Lucille Tolbert; and her stepfather Nelson Bradford. She is survived by: her children, Regina Morgan (Bruce), Timothy Jacobs (Stephanie) and Kevin Jacobs; her grandchildren, William Brunson, Josh Jacobs, Ariel Jacobs, Isabella Jacobs, Dolly Brunson, Drew Morgan (Katrina) and Matthew Morgan (Laura); her great grandchildren, George and Fletcher Morgan; her brother Eugene Tolbert (Hilda); and also, Kim, Scott, Jake and Julia Hatfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
