He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christie Coffman; his daughters, Emma Rose Coffman and Jamie Lynn Couch; his granddaughters, Madison and Kennedy McCray; his parents, Edward Hopkins and Jeanie Hopkins; and his siblings, David Coffman, Edward Hopkins (Heather), Sheila Van Horn (Chris), Sara Ellis (Jason) and Patricia Hopkins. He was also cherished by 12 nieces and nephews, loving in-laws and sister-in-laws and a host of friends.
