He was predeceased by: his parents, Bervin Millican and May Millican; and his wife Margaret Wallace Millican. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Miller (Michael), Kayla Palmer (Bobby) and Jeff Millican (Diana); his grandchildren, Wesley Ivey, Karessa Welch (Jeff), Nathan Whisenhunt (Sarai), Kasey Minor (J. J.) and Emily Millican (David); and his sister Betty Sue Grigsby (Alton).
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Garden City Cemetery (450 Water Ave SE, Hanceville, AL 35077).
