He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Manly Holt; his parents, Grady Holt and Hattie Lee Holt; and his brother John Dennis Holt. He is survived by: his children, Lindsey McDanal (Josh), Carolee Holt and Matthew Holt; his grandchildren, Ashlee McDanal, Jaxson McDanal, Christopher Arnold, Gregory Holt, Hunter Holt and Gavin Holt; and his sister Sharon Holt.
