She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Allen Lemley; her parents, Herbert Joseph Kuntz, Sr. and Margaret Hannah Kuntz; her brother Herbert Joseph Kuntz, Jr. (Sherry); and her aunt Edith Elizabeth Singleton.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Elizabeth Burns; her granddaughters, Emily Burns Cameron-Morin (Spencer) and Hannah Elizabeth Howell (Craig); her great grandchildren, Amelia Cameron-Morin and William Cameron-Morin; and her siblings, Susan Kuntz, Michael Kuntz (Sandra) and David Kuntz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
