He was predeceased by: his wife Sherry Hopkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Armstrong (Jimmy) and Lisa Adkins (Greg); and his grandchildren, Sommer Bradshaw, Holly Cannon, Monica Armstrong, Kyndal, Logan Coffey and Micah Adkins. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
