He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Tolbert and Addie Mae Tolbert; his wife Gail Tolbert; his son Michael Ray Tolbert; and his siblings, Faye Tolbert, Harland "Hoss", Charles "Bunk", Marty, Kenneth, Tommy and Thurman "Rooster" Tolbert.
He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Tolbert (Lynn) and Larry Tolbert (Jo); his siblings, Ray Tolbert (Qwen), Rayburn "Cooter" Tolbert and Christine Wright; his grandchildren, Tonya Von Hagel (Stephen), Joanna Hale and Victoria Tolbert; and his great grandchildren, Maggie, Caroline, Mary Alice Von Hagel, Eli and Abigail Hale. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
