She was predeceased by: her parents, Bro. Buddy Higginbotham and Louise Graham Higginbotham; and her husband Jerry Weststrate. She is survived by: her daughter Sabrina Kelley (Nick); and her granddaughter DeeAnn.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gardendale Heritage Funeral Home (2214 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Liberty Minter Cemetery.
