He was predeceased by: his parents, William J., Sr. and Hazel Clack (Lafar) of St. Albans, Vermont; and his sister Mary Morcaldi (Clack) of North Haven, Connecticut. He is survived by: his wife Janice Clack (Loudenslager); his daughter Jessica Lynn Clack of Harvest, Alabama; and his siblings, Rebecca Clack (Ray Cain) of Fairbanks, Alaska and Stephen Clack (Ivette Sepulveda) of Manchester.
