He is survived by: his father Bernard "Dazy" Campbell; his children, Rob Wilcox, Sean Campbell, Jennie Walter (Wilcox) and Taylor Crumby (Campbell); his children-in-law, Holly Wilcox, Rachael Campbell, Michael Walter and Garrett Crumby; his grandchildren, Evin, Ethan, Trenton, Liam, Kade Wilcox, Collin, Carlie Campbell, Micah Walter and Q'Zora Drake-Walter; and his sisters, Janet Humphries and Cindy Sanders.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Rick's church.
