She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Mary Long Gurley; and her sons, Mike and Wayne Holladay. She is survived by:, Melody Carol Thomas and Timothy Holladay. She is also survived by nine grandkids, eleven great grandkids and four great great grandchildren.
