He was predeceased by: his parents, George Boggs Sr. of Washington and Jessie Mincy Boggs; his brother Harold; and his former wife Nettie Lee. He is survived by: his wife Marie Janet (Robinson); his children, Karen Boggs Scales, Theresa Boggs, Troy Boggs and George Boggs (Nettie Lee); his grandson Keith Boggs; and his daughter Stephanie Boggs (Marie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and many more friends and family.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Harvest Congregation in memory of Jimmy Boggs.
