He is survived by: his wife Teena Davis; his children, Donnie Davis, Jerry Davis, Jr. (Sherry) and Carla Beals (David); his daughter-in-law Vickie Davis; his grandchildren, Matt Thomas, Kristy Hudson (Craig), Matthew Davis (Leslie), Heather Biles (Tim), Kady Thompson (Stephen), Anna Cleveland (David), Luke Davis, Scott Beals (Brittney), Hannah Beals and Joseph Davis (Josie); and his great grandchildren, Maddie Thomas, Gavin Johansen, Peyton Hudson, Addy Biles, Parker Hudson, Silas Thompson, Charlotte Biles, Walker Cleveland, Ryder Hudson, Ivy Davis, Wells Cleveland, Lucy Hudson, Rowan Beals, Nora Thompson and Oliver Beals. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
