He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyatt Stell and Ellen Stell; and his siblings, Tom Stell and Beth Stell. He is survived by: his wife Becky Stell; his children, Stephanie Stell (Courtney) and Chad Stell (Latricia); his granddaughters, Rebecca Stell and Jadelynn Stell; his stepgrandchildren, Terrance Yarbrough, Deanna Suggs and Alexandria Suggs; and his siblings, Bill Stell (Mickey), Janice Lackey (Myron), David Stell (Ladonna), Mary Stell and Mark Stell (Deana). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
