She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Patterson and Louise Patterson Stewart; her husband James Heard; and her sister Velvie Pack. She is survived by: her son James Heard (Christy); her siblings, Dale Patterson (Donna), Diemer Patterson (Robbie), Oliver Patterson (Barbara), Lester Patterson (Sandra), Donnie Patterson (Debbie) and Linda Furline (Johnny); her grandchildren, Britney Gay and Chelsey Watson (Jeremy); and her great grandchild Jayden Gay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
