He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward, Sr. Boyd and Susie Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Debra Boyd; his children, Monica Thrasher and Edward Boyd, III; his grandchildren, Destiny Johnson, Blakelin Thrasher and Landon Boyd; his great grandchildren, Carter Gray, Jase Narmore, Kai Narmore, Rosalei Smith, Cameron Johnson and Brayden Johnson; and his brothers, Tommy Jarrett and Jimmy Calloway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
