He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Roger Glen Bissett (Andra) and Gregory Thomas Bissett (Billie Jean); his daughter-in-law Brenda Bissett; and his siblings, Eathell Shelnutt and Weldon Bissett. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
