He is survived by: his wife Erica Elaine Ham (Brakefield); his daughters, Elizabeth Grace Ham and Emma Kate Ham; his parents, Charles Walton Ham and Patricia Joy Ham; his uncles, Michael "Mike" Ham and James Marcus "Marc" Ham (Cherie); his parents-in-law, Kimberly Beasley and Kevin Brakefield (Sherry); and his brother-in-law Nicholas Brakefield (Anna Kate). He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
