He was predeceased by: his parents, William Campbell and Camilla Duke Sandlin Campbell; his son Ronnie Shaddrix; and his half-brother Billy Dean Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Laura Bradberry Campbell; his children, Jerry Shaddrix (Tracey), Jeff Shaddrix, Lisa Campbell and Donna Cone (Joey); and his daughter-in-law Tammy Shaddrix. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
