It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Dewayne Bennich (Hartselle, Alabama), who passed away on May 22, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Tom Bennich; and his brother Darrell Bennich. He is survived by: his brother Keaton; his wife Carol Hicks Bennich; his son Austin Keaton Bennich; his mother Edith L. Bennich; his mother-in-law Martha Hicks; his siblings, Dan Bennich (Christy) and Donna Rushen (Jim); his sister-in-law Susan Eddy (Charlie); and his nieces and nephews, Mary Kate Eddy, Emma Bennich, Lauren Rushen, Carson Eddy, Owen Bennich, Brandon, Brian and Jay Rushen.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Dewayne's name to Key Cemetery Fund, c/o Baxter Bryant, 121 Seven Bark Drive NW, Cullman, AL 35057, as a reflection of his giving nature and commitment to community welfare.
