He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dare Sittason Jr. and Wendellyn Gray Sittason. He is survived by: his wife Daphne Raley Sittason; his daughters, Raley Sittason Cook (Levi) and Madeline Sittason Smith (Daniel); his grandchildren, Gilbert Levi Cook IV, Robert Jackson Cook and Bryar Dare Smith; his brothers, Randall Gray Sittason and David Bryant Sittason (Jennifer); his nephew Grayson Blair Sittason (Sloan); his great-nephew Grayson; his great-nephew Owen; and also, Payton Bryant Sittason (Bradee), Sutton, Sloan Golden Sittason (Dolan) and Wendellyn Grace Sittason.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (210 Hickory St SE, Hartselle, AL 35640).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests honoring Bob's memory through contributions to First Methodist Church in Hartselle, the ALS Clinic (Crestwood Medical Center-Huntsville, AL), or Hospice of the Valley.
