With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Kaye Wingo (Hartselle, Alabama), born in Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on October 16, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Franklin Cook and Lillie Cone Cook; her husband James "Jim" Wingo; her siblings, Billy Cook, Mickey Cook, Ton Cook, Barbara Duckett and Faye Cook; and her son-in-law Mark Pelzer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Pelzer and Sonya Baker (James); her siblings, Joe Cook and Francis Whitehead Charlotte Clements; and her great grandchildren, Jesse Watwood, Josh Watwood, Tyler Leathers, Jake Lawson, Kirk Watwood and Jason Cook. She is also survived by Eight Grandchildren.
