She was predeceased by: her parents, John Head and Henrietta Cope Head; and her son-in-law Jeffrey Swindell. She is survived by: her husband Hulon L Humphrey of Hartselle, AL; her children, Malcolm Humphrey (Crystal) of Hartselle, AL and Kaye Swindell of LaVergne, TN; and her grandchildren, Madison Humphrey, Brandon Swindell and Brandi Baldridge. She is also survived by her loving husband, family and friends.
