He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Irvin Stover and Myrtle L. Lowery Stover; his son Keith Stover; and his sister Hazel Hogan. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Solomon Stover; his daughter Mary Walker (Todd); his daughter-in-law Margaret P. Stover; and his grandchildren, Melody M. Stover, James K. Stover, Marilyn S. Stover, Nicole O'Leary (Parker), Jeff Walker (Lydia) and Brad Walker.
