She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Starling Fowler and Fannie Blevins Fowler; her husband Neman N. Cobbs; and her siblings, William Fowler, Willard Fowler, Wilton Fowler, Willis Fowler, Louise Bowling, Loella McDonald, Lora McDonald and Lorene Peck.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Cobbs (Ginger), Vandon Cobbs (Rebecca) and Pat Kennedy; her grandchildren, Adam Cobbs, Jeremy Mauldin (Emily), Dustin Cobbs, Kelsey Cobbs and Nathaniel Cobbs; and her great grandchildren, Madison Cobbs, Kanyon Cobbs and Kaden Cobbs.
