It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Dell Cooper of Hartselle, Alabama, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Odell Cooper and Eva A. Tanksley Cooper; and his brother Ted Cooper. He is also survived by two daughters, two grandsons and two granddaughters.
