She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Rhine and Flora May Adams Rhine; her husband James Ruley; her children, Patsy White and Bruce Brauer; her stepchildren, Mary Lou Sinclair, Barbara Ann Allen, Dorothy Charest and James Ruley, Jr.; and her siblings, Lloyd Rhine, Edward Rhine, Dorothy Spotts, Arwanna Fisher and Charlotte Ruley.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Ruley and Wanda Santos Donnallee Prior (David, Sr.); and her sister Marie Sain Twenty. She is also survived by Twenty Five Grandchildren Twenty Great Grandchildren Fourteen Great Great Grandchildren.
