She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd Penny (Edward O. Harper, Jr.); her brother Alan Penny; her father-in-law Edward O. Harper, Sr.; and her son-in-law Kerry Gober. She is survived by: her daughter Randi Allen (Jason); her mother Betty Penny McDonald; her brother Rick Penny (Tracy); her stepdaughter Wendy Harper Gober; and her grandchildren, Dahlia Allen, Wesley Gober, Alex Gober and Kinslee Gober.
