He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Edwin Tapscott and Frances S. Leach Tapscott. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tapscott of Hartselle, AL; and his children, Eddie Tapscott (Marilyn) of Hartselle, AL, Tim Tapscott of Garden Grove, CA, Cindi Tapscott of Hartselle, AL and Sonya Britnell (Jason) of Moulton, AL. He is also survived by Four Granchildren Four Great Grandchildren.
