She is survived by: her husband Thomas Jerry Chappell; her children, David Chappell (Angela), Kris Chappell (Bethany) and Kenya Smith (James); her siblings, Ed Armstrong and Ravenell Khan; and her grandchildren, Carmen McCrary, Hunter Childers, Dylan Smith, Jaelin Chappell, Brody Smith, Mason Chappell and Stella Chappell.
