She was predeceased by: her parents, William Puhek and Doris Puhek. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Adcock; her children, Chad Kuehn, Courtney Cibulsky (Mike), Brandi Duncan (Shawn), Danielle Vines (Brian) and Jeremy Adcock (Ginger); her sister MaryJo Nash; her niece Ashley Gibson; and her nephew Nathan Howdon (Taylor). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a great nephew.
