He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Morgan Middleton, Sr. and Mildred Akin Middleton; and his sister Nancy Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rioux Middleton; his children, Jeffrey Middleton (Delynda), Stephen Middleton (Kimberly), Rocky Middleton, Beverly Smith Gross (Philip) and Jennifer Smith Lucas; and his sister Jane Hudson. He is also survived by son Nine Grandchildren Five Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Peck Funeral Home Chapel (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640).
