He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Curtis Fields and Sally Fields; and his grandparents, Eunis and William Fields. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Nelson Fields; his siblings, Bradley Fields (Lenae) and Kimberly Boyer (David); and his nieces and nephews, Hollie Green (Luke), Caitlyn Riley (Chandlar), Micah Boyer, Ethan Fields, Cameron Fields and Emmalyn Fields.
