He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Lee Collins, Sr. and Lura Jane Swafford Collins; and his sister Carolyn Cameron. He is survived by: his wife Marie Baxley Collins; his children, Joey Collins (Tersa) and Kim Woods; his grandsons, Brighton Collins (Allison), Baxley Collins (Katie), Bristol Collins (Hope) and Colton Woods; his great grandchildren, Renee Collins and Klover Parker; and his brother Wyman "Skeeter" Collins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
