She was predeceased by: her parents, Estelle Bartlett (Frazier) and James Joel "J. J." Bartlett; her husband Kenneth; and her brothers, Jim and Tom Bartlett.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth L. Preuitt, Jr. (Shannon Preuitt); her granddaughters, Abigail and Olivia Preuitt; her son Dr. Nicholas Jay Preuitt (Kevin Amick); and her siblings, Dr. Jerry Bartlett and Dr. Amelia Jane Dodd (Bartlett).
