She is survived by: her husband Bill Shiver; her children, Todd Blackburn, Randy Blackburn (Bonnie), Wendy Shehee (Joe), Robin Blackburn (Sherry) and Chuck Shiver (Georgina); and her grandchildren, Shelby Blackburn (Jordan), Brittney Hatcher (Colby), Lacey Martina (Brett), Rachel Miller (Colton) and Brooke Blackburn. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
