He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Ruth Priscilla Woodworth, Sr. (Wilson); and his brothers, John, Jr. and Raymond Woodworth. He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Woodworth of Hartford, AL; his children, Kevin Woodworth of Illinois and Kelly Janulis (Mathew) of Illinois; his stepchildren, Michael Homan (Tracy) of Boca Raton, FL and Angela Gentry (Hank) of Hartford, AL; and his brother Ronald Jay Woodworth of Tinley Park, IL. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren.
