We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2022, at the age of 96, Myrtle Cobb of Hartford, Alabama, born in Houston, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Monroe; her husband Sgt David Cobb; her siblings, Olene Patterson and Quillan Tindell; and her children-in-law, Ann Cobb and Billy Joe Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Neal (Jenny Cobb), Bill Cobb, Janice Shepard (Carol) and Terrill Culverhouse; and her grandchildren, Hal Cobb, Lee Cobb (Angie), Craig Culverhouse (Kendra), Lance Shepard (Sonja), Chuck Cobb, Amy Shepard, Corey Culverhouse, David Cobb (Lauren), Kim Cobb and Kelli Hicks (Brian). She is also survived by 14 greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
