He was predeceased by: his parents, Theotis Hillard and Ella Mae McClendon Hillard; and his siblings, Diane Hillard, Joe Nathan Hillard and Otis Hillard.
He is survived by: his wife Mae Joyce Hillard; and his sons, Larry Jerome Hillard, Jr. (Christine), Tarry Tyrone Hillard of David, Payne, Eric Hetrick and Marcus Dwayne Hillard (Kimberlee). He is also survived by grandchildren; and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home (1315 W Lawrence St, Slocomb, AL 36375). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
