He was predeceased by: his father Victor Bazan; and his grandparents, Xyla Summers and Lunnie B. Summers. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Elaine Cherry (Kenneth) of Hartford, AL; his siblings, Rebecca Cohen (Dex) of Daleville, AL, Marcelena Blakemore (Rich), Hailey Gibson (Paine) of Hartford, AL and Juan Bazan (Amy); his nephew Cade; and his niece Xyla. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
