It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hellon Dawkins of Hartford, Alabama, born in Houston, Alabama, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Dawkins; her parents, G. B. Owens and Gussie Owens; and her brothers, Millard, Pete, Floyd, George and Wallace.
She is survived by: her siblings, Billy Owens, Gloria Peters and June Holland; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Owens, Nina Owens and Bob Holland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
