He is survived by: his father Dwight "Bud" Cooke (Kim); his wife Mary Ann Cooke; his children, Samantha Gloria Cooke Bennett (Kyle Stephen), Zachary David Cooke (Taylor Ashlyn) and David Isaac Cooke; his grandchildren, Violet Wren Cooke, Teddy Oliver Cooke (Zachary), Sadie Grace Bennett, Klayton Wayne Bennett and Kash David Bennett (Samantha); and his brother Douglas Alan Cooke (Shannon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and WAC's (Cousins), and other family and friends.
