He is survived by: his children, Trisha Berry of New Albany, IN, Christopher Madden, Sr. (Amy) of Greer, SC and Kevin Madden (Jennifer) of Acworth, GA; his grandchildren, Luca Warburg, Atlas Warburg, Christopher Madden, Jr., Logan Madden, Brady Madden, Addison Madden and Ashton Madden; and his siblings, Mary Jensen, Ruth Druschel, Lynn Pieri, Ann Burgess and Mike Madden.
