He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Earl Peterson, Delbert Brown, Grace Brown, Alvin Tate, Robert Hatfield and Asa Matthews.
He is survived by: his parents, Derrick Tate and Ashley Tate; his brother Dylan Tate; his grandparents, Dennis, Sherrie Tate, Teresa Culbreth, Ricky and Shelia Hatfield; his great-grandparents, Evelyn Peterson, Bernice Tate, Jessie Hatfield and Patricia Culbreth; his uncles, Adam Hatfield (Zoia), Trey Tate and Justin Culbreth; and his cousins, David Hatfield and Thomas Tate. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
