He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Oakley and Sharon Horigan Oakley; his children, Phillip Hicks, Zoey Hicks and Candace Oakley; his grandchildren, Aiden Boggs and Bailey Boggs; and his brothers, Dennis Oakley, Ron Oakley (Renee), David Oakley (Andrea) and Jeff Oakley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
