He is survived by: his wife Sheila Wood Garrett; his children, Michael Woodham, Nathan Garrett, Jonathan Scott, Amy Nichols (David), Terra Garrett and Erica Garrett; his parents, Thomas Garrett and Belvin Garrett; his siblings, Kevin Garrett and Kellie Merritt (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Kayla Boyd (Ricky), Gabbie Scott, Lee Blake, Noah Scott, Kyndall Scott, Matthew Woodham, Patrick Howard and Emily Howard.
